Australians Supply Teaching in London Schools

We are looking for qualified supply teachers with experience working within the UK or similar education system.

Supply teachers cover for teachers that are absent due to ill health, participation in service training, or management duties. The job of a supply teacher is to provide support for the pupils, the other teachers, the school and the curriculum.

• Your most recent teaching experience - supply or otherwise - should be at the top of your CV - if schools see you as inexperienced then they will not want to part with as much money for your services - so you get paid less!  
• Your CV should be brief and to the point and designed to show your best points quickly. Two pages maximum please.  
• For each job use bullet points to highlight at least 3 extra special aspects of you performance in the role e.g extra help you gave the Head of Department writing a scheme of work, or attending a course on "improving performance in afrocarribean boys".
• Keep extra curricular activities to a minimum unless relevant to education or very, very impressive (Olympic swimming Bronze or above).
