Salesian College
Salesian College
Nearest train station: Clapham Junction
for boys aged from eleven to sixteen, was founded in 1895 to provide a first rate education for boys, based on the educational principles of St John Bosco who established the Salesian community in Battersea in 1888. Now, over one hundred years later our modern forward-thinking outlook is strengthened by the traditional values of mutual respect which, together with St John Bosco's ideals of reason, religion and kindness, underpin the caring ethos of our college.
Within a well-ordered, friendly and purposeful learning environment, supported by imaginative teaching, each boy's individual talents and strengths are identified, encouraged and developed to ensure that he realises his full potential.
